Despair. Fear. Misery. Horror. Frightened. Anger. Sad.

Just sad. For our country as an entity that the world looks up to. For my girls to study this with shame when they get older. Shame that we couldn't get it together to get a narcissistic horrible bully away from the highest office in the land. Shame that half... HALF the country is disillusioned by reality tv antics. Regret that an amazing and qualified woman doesn't head towards the Oval Office because she EARNED it. I am disgusted and defeated. And sad. My heart is broken. And I will hug my girls tighter than I ever have to shield them from this world we somehow find ourselves in.
